Pool was awful- The air burned your eyes. Dead cockroach near pool. Cloudy water. Hot humid bedroom- door didn’t secure shut properly. Stains on the bed skirts.

The air of the indoor pool stung your eyes so bad that we couldn’t stand to be in there long. Pool was too cold and cloudy. Dead cockroach in pool area. Door to room difficult to open then did not secure shut after entering the room without pushing it closed. Stains on bed skirts. Hot humid room that the fan didn’t help to cool.

They charged me for bring a service dog and claimed that i didn't make the reservation directly with the hotel and reserved it with a dog. They almost wanted to deny my reservation. It is 110 degree outside n the swimming pool chloride smell so strong, make me nausea. Will not book this hotel again.

When the people next door or above you use their shower you’ve never heard pipes creak so bad. It sounded like it was going to come into the room. Furniture in the room is old and falling apart. None of the outlets hold plugs they just fall out.

Nice rooms but can’t get into them do better

The door keys don’t work worth went downstairs to get new keys and the only barely worked upgrade your entry locks The breakfast was horrible powder eggs sausage only warm thing to eat no real butter just below what we expected from your hotel once you got in the room they were nice and clean but your room entry system is bad

Run down awful condition

The hotel is in terrible condition. Rundown old and not taking care of. The bathroom walls had patch holes everywhere. Our toilet seat looked like something was eating it. It literally had Very dirty and uncomfortable to stay. We have stayed in probably hundreds of hotels for sporting events over the last 10 years. This is absolutely the worst hotel condition wise we have ever seen.
