The check in process took a long time. There are beer bottles in the parking lot and signs everywhere stating they were not responsible vehicle damage and theif.

Hotel is very dated. It is clean. Front desk lady was way overwhelmed and not the best customer service. When we got there we wanted to change our hotel immediately and Travelocity would not let us even tho their advertisement rated this hotel as good. It was disappointing all around.

On my return trip, I chose this property for a second time. A couple of things I didn't like were the road construction that blocked the main exit from the back parking, and no elevator to the second floor, nor any bellman. The only way up is via a steep set of stairs and its not easy while carrying luggage and using the handrail. The breakfast room was super crowded so I went up to my room to eat rather than taking up a table for 4 by myself. Finally, the front desk staff told me that the type of room I booked was only available on the second floor. Wish that was mentioned on Expedia, so I could have made a different choice.

The staff is wonderful. They always say hi to you and are willing to help. Thanks for your hard work. Check-in and check-out are easy and friendly. The rooms are large and clean. I love the chairs on wheels, such a smart idea! The bathroom is large and clean, and having safety handrails and a non-slippery tub is a plus.

Overall it was a great experience staff was awesome room was clean. My only complaint would be the very small pillows and mattress was a little too firm for me personally. But would definitely stay there again.
