We were so blessed to receive “hot” quality coffee in the lobby after arriving late afternoon on a chilly day. Also, to enjoy hot apple cider and hot chocolate that the lodge provided. I am so blessed. Thank you Lexi also for the perfectly popped popcorn. It is available from 6:30-9:00 pm nightly. The best I’ve tasted in a long time. When we entered our room, we were so blessed to see the lovely Rogue River off our balcony. We will definitely stay here and refer family and friends to this hotel if they ever pass through.

The room was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the dog friendly facility for my dog, Jazmine. The full Free breakfast was Topnotch! They even sent my dogs sweater back to us when we had left it in the room by mistake. This is a hotel with a heart 💞

Staff is great, no improvement suggestions there! Location/view is beautiful! Breakfast was decent, happy to be fed and thought the banana bread waffles were fun! Improvement could be figuring how to reduce noise from upstairs guests, I could hear every footstep.
