We stayed for 2 nights. From the Front desk staff to the breakfast buffet staff everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful. While the hotel was under renovation which they said will be completed by April (2024) we did not experience any issues with noise or inconveniences. We booked a king room and that was clean, spacious and comfortable. The fitness room was small with two treadmills and one elliptical luckily had it to our selves when we utilized it. They also had a small pool and hot tub. FYI, our room had not been renovated yet but was more than acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return if staying in Medford again.

The property was well maintained. It was right off the freeway. The breakfast was good and it was not crowded on a Monday morning. The only complaint was the bed was a little soft for me.

Towels were very thin & rough. Found a few small spots on the bedding… Freeway noise was a bit loud.
