Property was very well landscaped just beautifully done with perfect plants and flowers. Loved seeing the fire/water features that are so important with the beliefs of the people. I am Hawaiian and value those cultural aspects of our people.

I have stayed here several times and have given good reviews, this stay was very disappointing. When I got to the hotel, the gal at the desk was pleasant, but was having difficulty with checking in a person with a dog, nobody that came to help her would make eye contact or check in people. Waited almost 20 minutes to check in. Inconvenient, but not a big deal. Came to my room, it smelled like a bunch of dirty socks or an animal was housed in the room. I revisited the gal, she said she would check into it and have maintenance address it. She would call or text me when it had been addressed. No call, no text....when checking at the front desk, the gentleman I told him my problem, he said he would have maintenance go and check it out. Nobody came. I then called the desk and requested another room. Was moved to another room, but it smelled the same. I'm not sure if it's the cleaning products or if it's because both rooms have a furnace exchange in them that need servicing. Whatever it is, caused me to wake up with a headache. It's sad because I like staying there. I will give it one more chance but if the room smells like it did, I will find a different place to stay. On a side note, the gentleman did say there was no note left by the gal that checked me in, she she didn't request maintenance to visit the room. 😡

Excellent Resort to stay at. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable had a good nights sleep. Parking lot was very well lighted and staff welcomed us on our check-in. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip.

Wonderful Hotel

Nice hotel. We were greeted by very friendly & helpful Valet Staff. The Hotel staff were all friendly. Hotel was very clean and glad it did not smell like smoke. Our room was so nice & quiet. We were next to a bank of elevators and we did not hear them at all. No hotel door slamming. The Sports Bar food was good. We will definitely stay here again on our travels. The bathroom towels were a little rough, maybe a "free of smell" dryer sheets could be used to help soften them.

We enjoyed the hotel accommodations. It was quiet in the hotel even though it was part of the casino. Downside was having to walk through the smoking area of the casino to get to/from the concert venue from the hotel. It was raining and we didn't want to walk all the way around the outside of the complex to get to the concert. Overall a really nice casino and hotel.

What a great place! Very reasonable room rate, economical alcohol options, good food, great guest rooms, and the staff is amazing! Particular shout outs to Rico in transportation and Ryan n the Three Peaks Bar & Grill. Those guys are great ambassadors for the resort. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great even for a quick stay

Stayed overnight after flying into Spokane the whole stay was great. We were exhausted after our flight had issues and checkin was a breeze with helpful staff the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel casino and all the amenities we saw were super clean and well maintained.
