The confirmation that Expedia provided didn’t match the confirmation they had on file for my name. Check-in took some time. The premium twin city view was not what I expected for the price I paid. The location is perfect for ladies as it is close to Gate 25 ladies entrance but far from Rawdaah. Staff was good

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the prophet mosque. The are variety of nice shooing stores and local cousins in the neighborhood. The hotel is very clean and great customer services.

Wonderful stay

Very close to masjid nabawi especially for women. Hotel was very clean and definitely go for the premium room as you get welcome snacks and a dedicated lift. Highly recommend!

Best location, Great hospitality

This the best and one of the nearest hotels to female entrance at Masjid Nabawi. Clean rooms and bathrooms with great hospitality. They do charge you though for the parking even you are a resident in the hotel.

This hotel scammed me. Showed me a different room while booking snd we ended up in a different room. Had to change the room because the washroom sink was clogged. Bever ever again
