It also has a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet and a separate WC. The ground floor comprises an air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen. The living and dining room has a sofa bed (160 x 200cm), cableTV and a dining table with eight chairs. The kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. There is another bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Wireless Internet access is available.
The semi-detached house enjoys an ideal location in Monte Kope, 1 kilometer from Banjole, perfect for exploring the pristine nature of the surrounding Istrian landscape.
Note that it is a quiet residential area, so the house is not suitable for parties or loud groups.
The sea is just 250 metres away and the nearest beach is 1000 metres away. It is just four kilometres to Kap Kamenjak or the town of Pula with a variety of gastronomy, culture and entertainment.
