Wer deutschen Standart möchte, sollte in Deutschland bleiben. Punkt. Wer seine Ruhe haben will, sollte sich eine Finka für sich alleine mieten. Punkt. Wer sich den Ar*** pudern lassen will, soll Wellness buchen. Punkt. Das Appartment und die ganze Anlage war absolut in Ordnung! Radu & Olga sind total offene und herzliche Gastgeber! Die Beiden wohnen den Sommer über auch dort und sind nicht nur damit beschäftigt, Haus, Hof & Pool in Ordnung zu halten, sondern laden sich auch gerne Freunde ein - sofern man möchte, ist man an deren Tisch immer herzlich Willkommen und wenn der Wille da ist, bekommt man die sprachlichen Barrieren auch mit Händen und Füßen hin! (Der Spaßfaktor ist hierbei garantiert!) Hier treffen min. 4 Parteien aufeinander und wenn alle etwas aufeinander Acht geben, dann kann das auch eine grandiose Zeit werden! Es war absolut traumhaft!!! *Dankeschööön!!!* Der Wirlpool hätte noch funktioniert, wenn vorherige Urlauber etwas mehr auf ihre Kinder geachtet hätten. Durch Rumspielen auf den Knöpfen, ist die Elektrik kaputt gegangen. Schade, wenn man das Eigentum von anderen nicht pfleglich behandeln kann. Radu hatte während unserer Zeit einen Hexenschuss und war auf eine Krücke angewiesen. Es war für alle, die gerade dort wohnten, eine Selbstverständlichkeit, dass wir ihm etwas zur Hand gegangen sind. Der Pool war schnell geputzt und beim Unwetter haben wir alle angepackt und die Auflagen der Liegen ins Trockene gebracht.

Perfekter Pool ist nicht alles…

Die Villa Olga ist leider schon sehr sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles entspricht einfach nicht der Beschreibung. Wir hatten das untere Appartement mit der Terrasse. Allerdings hatten die Vermieter öfter Besuch bei sich, somit konnte man nicht für sich bleiben. Man hatte quasi ständig „Zuschauer“ Das Appartement war absolut nicht sauber, alte Handtücher, alte unbrauchbare Töpfe und Bratpfanne ohne Deckel….kochen konnte man nicht vernünftig, kein Backofen, kaum ausgestattet. Alles musste man selber vor Ort besorgen, selbst Seife und Klopapier stand nicht zur Verfügung. Eine Mikrowelle hatten wir nicht, Kühlschranktür war defekt. Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. Das Schlafsofa fiel auseinander, wurde aber direkt gegen ein altes rotes Sofa, aus dem Schlafzimmer der Vermieterin, ersetzt. Leider keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, auch der Wäscheständer war kaputt. Die Betten sind alt und quietschen ungemein, unter die Matratzen habe ich mich nicht getraut zu schauen. Whirlpool ist unbrauchbar. Direkt am Meer jein…eher am Anlegehafen, zum baden ungeeignet. Der Pool war allerdings sehr sauber, die Terrasse auch. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmte absolut nicht. NIE WIEDER!!!

Tolle Gastfreundschaft

Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Gastfreundschaft war unübertrefflich. Das Haus war sauber, allerding, wenn man vor hat sich ab uns an mal was zu kochen sollte man sich ein paar Sachen mitbringen, ( einen größeren Topf, Nudelsieb.....) Die Kaffeemaschiene war vom ersten Tag an kaputt, nach drei mal darauf hinweisen habe ich auf löslichen Kaffee umgestellt. Aber, wie gesagt, der Vermieter ist ein sehr Netter, der auch steht's einen guten Tipp parat hatte.

Großes Apartment

Wir hatten das mittlere und auch größte Apartment mit einem riesigen Balkon mit einer tollen Lounge. An sich ist es sehr schön und angenehm. Eigentlich hatten wir aber das untere Apartment gebucht, was dann als die neuen Gäste ankamen für Verwirrung gesorgt hat. Dies fanden wir aber nicht weiter schlimm. Leider war aber das Apartment sehr sehr dreckig. Alle Handtücher haben Flecken, die ganze Bettwäsche ist befleckt, überall war es sehr dreckig, Spinnenweben, Mücken die an Wänden zerquetscht wurden.. Die Toilette konnte man kaum abspülen, die Dusche war ebenfalls teilweise kaputt. Das ganze Geschirr in der Küche war leider auch komplett dreckig von den vorherigen Mietern. An Geschirr hat man alles da. Bei allen Möbeln dachte man das einem beim öffnen der Türen alles entgegen fällt. Klimaanlage gibt es nur in einem Schlafzimmer. WLAN funktioniert nur in einem Bereich des Apartments weil es nicht bis überall hin ausreicht. Kein einziges Zimmer hat einen Schlüssel, die Betten quietschen bei jeder Bewegung. Das war sehr schade, weil man aus dem Apartment eigentlich sehr viel schönes zaubern kann. Der Gastgeber war sonst sehr nett und war auch immer da weil er direkt nebenan wohnte.

Traditiegetrouw hebben we dit jaar de eerste week van Oktober in Banjole (Istrie) doorgebracht. Dit jaar niet zoals de voorgaande jaren in een hotel of resort maar in een geweldig ruim appartement. Het huis is dicht bij de kust in een prachtig groene maar vooral rustige omgeving. De villa telt drie appartementen op iedere verdieping 1. Wij zaten in het onderste . Wij hadden een royaal balkon van wel 30m2 die grenst aan het zwembad. Het geheel was bijzonder goed verpleegd. Pro : *Ruim appartement 70m2 *Ruim balkon plus minus 30 m2 *Leuk ingericht en bijzonder schoon interieur *Dicht aan de zee 150 meter *Enorm vriendelijk en behulpzame gastheer *Veel leuke restaurantjes in de nabijheid *Kindvriendelijke omgeving vanwege doodlopende weg *Ruime parkeergelegenheid direct voor het huis *Geweldige WIFI *Netflix aanwezig Con : *Winkel is helaas niet direct om de hoek (1 km), een auto is dan wel zo makkelijk *De betere stranden zijn op 5 minuten rijden, dus ook hiervoor is een auto wel makkelijk tenzij je van wandelen houdt in deze prachtige omgeving

Super Urlaub

Wir waren im Juni in der Villa Olga,die Zimmer sind sehr schön,sauber und gemütlich.Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich.Das Meer ist 200 meter vom Appartment entfernt und es gibt gute Restaurants in Nähe.Das Schwimmbad und der Whirpool waren auch sehr schön.Wir denken das wir nächstes Jahr wieder hier her fahren.Viele Grüße an den Vermieter aus Dresden.

Ein erholsammer Urlaub schaut anders aus!!! NICHT empfehlenswert...

Wir haben im Juli 2018 hier unseren Urlaub für 2,5 Wochen verbracht. Laut Inserat sollte es ein Ferienhaus sein, es sind aber 3 Appartements in einem Haus plus die Wohnung des Vermieters. Keine Mikrowelle, kein Toaster, keine Kaffeemaschine, einen Wasserkocher der total verkalkt war haben wir auf Nachfrage erhalten. Die Matratzen der Betten, total durchgelegen ist nett ausgedrückt. :-( Das Waschbecken im Badezimmer war undicht, der Badewannenverschluss nicht vorhanden. Überall im Appartement waren Spinnweben, es gab auch kein Putzzeug um selbst mal Hand an zu legen. Die beiden Herdplatten funktionierten zwar, aber keine Beschriftung vorhanden ob warm oder kalt, zum Glück gibt es Google... Das Appartement ist so hellhörig, dass man genau hörte was die anderen Gäste machten. Die vorhandenen Kleidungsschränke rochen stark muffig und so weiter... Die Liste lässt sich noch so weiter fortführen. Für uns ganz klar, 1x und NIE wieder. Die Eigentümer waren immer vor Ort, nett und freundlich, wir bekamen auch frisches Obst gereicht. Gastfreundschaft TOP. Haben den Vermieter bei unserer Abreise auf die reichlichen Mängel aufmerksam gemacht, er wollte uns eine Entschädigung zukommen lassen, bis Dato nichts erhalten. Hält sich somit nicht an Absprachen!!!

Wunderschöne Urlaub

Wir waren hier 2 Wochen und das war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.Vermieter und seine Familie waren sehr nett und freundlich. Sie haben uns zum Abendbrotessen eigeladen. Wohnung war sehr modern, sauber und gemütlich. Wir konnten im Schwimmingpool baden oder im Wirpool uns relaxen!Ich war sehr glücklich das der Strand nur 120 meter von Apartman entfernt war. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Restaurant “Barka” wo es lecker essen gibt und super Preise sind. Ich freue mich schön auf nächste Sommer ,weil ich dort mit meine Familie nocheinmal hin fahren werde.

Perfektní dovolená!!

V apartmánu jsme strávili 10 dní a musím říci, že absolutně perfektní. Apartmán čistý, luxusně vybavený v tiché lokalitě.Čisté ručníky a lůžkoviny byly dle potřeby neustále k dispozici. Krásný výhled na moře. K dispozici jsme měli krásně čistý bazén i vířivku. K moři kousek, pláž hezká. Nedaleko domu perfektní restaurace Barka , ceny přijatelné , výborně vaří z čerstvých surovin, majitel velmi příjemný. Apartmán vybaven klimatizaci, což jsme velmi ocenili ve vedrech. Majitelé, rodina Mašovičů, jsou velmi příjemní a komunikativní lidé. Není problém s komunikací, ovládají několik světových jazyků, my jsme s nimi převážně hovořili chorvatsky. Byly jsme pozváni na večeři, dostali víno a ovoce . Atmosféra byla po celou dobu pobytu skvělá. Za mě a mou rodinu super, příští rok jedeme znovu. Moc se těšíme !!!! Moc děkujeme majiteli Dalibor Mašovič za skvělou dovolenou.
