Great hotel and staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. As well as being in the ideal location for access to the town centre and ski lifts.

Friendly staff, location in the centre of Megeve, 2 mins walk to Chamois chair lift. Rooms are small, bed is comfortable, hot shower. Decent sauna and hot tub indoor, gym. Decent breakfast, usual spread. Cute seating areas . Ski hire shops are next to Chamois chair lift - Ski Concept shop has a locker to store skis and boots. Would recommend

overall aesthetically pleasing in the traditional style but felt that things should have been more luxurious for the price: the twin mattresses were tiny (short and narrow) and sagged where they met in the middle. The bathtub fixtures weren't working properly in bath mode, the bathroom stool was broken. The lighting was very 'cold' and cheap in ambiance because of the type of bulbs used and there was no light bright enough to read by. On the plus side the room had tons of storage, great terraces and decorative touches. Room service arrived promptly each time and the desk staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

E' una struttura di fascino, sebbene un po' datata che meriterebbe qualche intervento migliorativo [occorrerebbe rivedere la connessione internet, dotare la camera di doccia (e non soltanto del diffusore manuale) e anche di televisore (attualmente la televisione è piccola e datata)]. La posizione dell'Hotel è centralissima. Il personale è molto educato e disponibile. All'albergo è annesso un ristorante che offre una raffinata cucina francese a prezzi accettabili. Consigliato
