The house will be offered exclusively as a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Perfect for families traveling with extended family or teens. VRBO #1083271- will no longer be available for reservations and listing VRBO #20715 will be the primary listing for the property. Our maximum occupancy is 6 guests. The cottage is pet-friendly.

We welcome our four legged guests. Dogs must be leashed and well behaved on the beach. We count on our guests to respect the cottage and keep pets off furniture and beds and clean up after pets in the yard. The neighborhood directly west of the cottage is a great place for long walks.

One-of-a-kind *PRIVATE* beach house. There's nothing like Paradise Found Florida on the barrier island. Paradise Found Florida is a stand-alone cottage with a private backyard and direct access to the beach.

This is a relaxing place to kickback: beautiful views overlooking the Atlantic and Cape Canaveral & plenty of space for two couples to spread out. We made use of the Green Egg grill. The Cafe Coconut Grove is a treat. Sebastian Inlet is amazing for fishing.

Great spot!

Wonderful area. More residential so don’t expect shops nearby. We wanted a quiet week. House has so much character. Kitchen is small but well stocked with cooking equipment. Coffee bar with kettle and French press was a nice touch. Small ice maker did the trick.

Another great stay

This was our second month-long stay at Paradise Found. The house is perfect for us. We bring two dogs who are right at home. Also had our granddaughter and daughter-in-law visit. The private yard was enjoyed by all. The beach is quiet. We really enjoy the area and local restaurants. Julia is a pleasure to work with.

We have stayed many times at Paradise Found and always had a wonderful time. It is just as the pictures show and it is always clean and comfortable. Our daughter and her family have heard us talking about the cottage for years and couldn't wait to join us this year. They couldn't wait to meet Julia and see for themselves what we have told them of our vacations there. The cottage is the perfect place to get away, it is private, quiet and only steps from the ocean. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed.

We just love this place - so comfy and a bit quirky , just our style . and awesome being right on this gorgeous beach !!! Perfect for us 2 couples each with our own dog. The house is on the main road but all waterfront homes are in Melbourne beach. Quiet inside ! Owner is super responsive and available . Can’t wait to come back !

Only stayed one night. Arrived just before the approaching Hurricane Milton and had to leave. The Host and VRBO were more than helpful at relocating us to Savannah, Ga. Teeby Island home on the beach. We also were completely refunded. Outstanding service.

Wonderful Escape to Paradise

This was our first time in Melbourne beach and we quickly fell in love. The cottage was perfect for our family of four adults and one dog -- plenty of common space to enjoy but also plenty of areas for quiet when needed. We were extremely comfortable from the start. The house was thoughtfully outfitted with anything we could possibly need for our stay. The pictures don't do it justice! The backyard is a paradise in and of itself. The landscaping is tropical and lush, exuding an atmosphere of privacy and escape. The outdoor shower is a treat and we barely used the indoor one the entire week! The access to the beach is outstanding. It was wonderful that leashed dogs are welcome on the beach as we've stayed in other areas where we could not bring our dogs onto the sand. Our Bernese Mountain dog loved his early morning walks and joining us on the shore when the heat of the day died down. We were lucky enough to witness several baby sea turtles making their pilgrimage from their nest to the waves. We never saw the adult females but we saw their tracks to and from the ocean. We made plenty of use of the two bikes provided, enjoying the wide bike path along A1A along with local parks. Despite lots of research and plans for day trips, we loved the place so much we never went more than a few miles for food or supplies. Julia was a terrific and accommodating host and quickly responded to any questions both prior to and during our stay. We can't wait to return!

OLD FLORIDA AT ITS BEST 💗

Our family loved Paradise Found! The location was spectacular, just steps from the very secluded Melbourne beach. Some days we were the only ones out there! The grassy area behind the house is extremely private & shaded & there are several chairs and a large umbrella to sit & take in the most amazing view of the ocean. We saw multiple sea turtles at night! A sight that never grew old! And the sunrises were breath-taking. The house itself is a GEM! So much love & care went into making sure each guest have all they need, beyond well-appointed in my opinion. And the decor is delightful, Old Florida meets modern comfort. We enjoyed each sitting area in the home and there were several to choose from. The beds were super cozy which isn't always the case at VRBO's. The outdoor showers were a great addition! Feels like you are showering in the jungle when you look up and see the native foliage! Thank you, Julia, for hosting us!

Perfect vacation spot

Great vacation getaway. Just steps to the beach. Backyard and hot outdoor shower only add to the enjoyment. Love love this pink house.

Classic Florida Beach House

This house is perfect for us. The beach is quiet; ideal for fishing and walking the dogs. Whiteys Bait Shop has everything you need plus advice on local conditions. We did a guided trip with Brandon of Salt & Savagery. We caught numerous Snook and huge Redfish. Cafe Coconut Grove and the New England Pub are recommended. The house has everything you need. I’m particularly grateful for the electric bike tire air pump.

Quiet Getaway

The cottage is lovely. We spent our Christmas here, to unwind and unplug (however, the cottage does have internet). This is a quiet little spot on the beach, I can't imagine that there is ever a time of year that the beaches are "full". The grassy yard is great (take bug spray or a thermacell but it is the great outdoors!) The outdoor showers are wonderful, even on cooler nights. The bikes are brand new and ride like a dream. The King bed was firm but comfortable (we would rather firm than lumpy and worn out!). The kitchen is well stocked, and Julia had a nice welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. We spent lots of time looking through shells on the beach for sea glass and sharks teeth, the beaches were smooth with sections of shells, and the tides changed this each day. There is a closet with some games and puzzles, and a well stocked book shelf for a cool rainy day. There were lots of good restaurants (5-30+ minutes away) that we checked out. And Publix has the best Key lime pies. Things to note: 1) The green egg has been updated to a larger model.(Yay!) 2) There currently is not an outdoor sink/fish cleaning station, maybe washed away with a storm? but we weren't there to fish. If you're looking for a quiet get away, this is your place. Thank you again for a wonderful and relaxing week.

Perfect Relaxation!

This was a wonderful, quaint and great little beach cottage. The host was awesome and quick to reply to any questions. Best of all it’s perfect for your friends with paws!

Very enjoyable. Would definatley return.

Property is well maintained. The home is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with anything you may need. There is a great view from the back yard over the beach and Atlantic ocean. The outdoor shower, nesting turtles, and hatchlings were amazing. Home is far enough away from the busy areas to enjoy peace and quiet on the beach or in the water yet close enough to go out to dinner or shop with a short drive. Julia was a great host and quick to respond to any emails.

Another great week in Paradise!

This is just such a relaxing home. We always enjoy our stay. Once again, the turtles were out in full force every night. Peaceful, quiet and the beach is stunning! Thanks Julia!!

Private and on the Beach

We had a great day! It was turtle season, and we saw many turtles come on sure to lay eggs at night. The house is thoughtfully set up with areas to gather and areas to take a moment for yourself. Julia was very kind and accommodating.
