I had such a beautiful stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel feels modern, calming, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that make you feel at home. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being over the top.

What a great stay, came in a few hours early not expecting any extras just wanted to drop our bags and explore, but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we had our room in ten minutes. Room was amazing, clean well designed great bed. The whole place was a really relaxed vibe, great facilities and so close to everything. We’ll be back, highly recommend.

Service was overall great, friendly and helpful staff, delicious drinks and food at the restaurant and from room service. Great location. Im not giving 5 stars cause the floor in my room was a bit dusty in the corners and the one time I asked my room to be serviced it seemed like they started cleaning but did not finish. There was a spray bottle with cleaning solution in it left on the bathroom counter, bathmat not replaced and floor still a bit susty.
