Located so conveniently across the road from the beautiful Sullivan's Bay beach and walking distance to the Sorrento Sailing Club and Sorrento foreshore. Large open plan lounge/living with comfy couches, Smart TV, Coonara wood heater, a small amount of kindling & wood is provided. A galley kitchen with modern appliances, separate dining table and meals table areas to seat up to 12. Ducting heating & cooling throughout.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 with a king bed, sleeping up to 2.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet. TV, DVD player, large walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, sleeping up to 2.
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, sleeping up to 2.
Bedroom 4 with a king single bunk and single bed, sleeping up to 3.
Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

DOWNSTAIRS
Bedroom 5 downstairs with a children's entertainment room with a comfy lounge, smart TV, desk, chairs and lots of children's board games and books. 3 x single bunk beds to sleep up to 6.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and a separate toilet.

Gorgeous expansive front garden area with seating. Amazing elevated decking with seating and umbrella to enjoy the serene outdoors and watch the children play. Small rear garden area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ. 2 x Porta Cots and a high chair available.

PETS
A pet is welcome by application only and at the owners discretion to approve. Please do not book then request as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Stay Levy applies. The perimeters are not fully fenced or secure. A small enclosed area near the BBQ will provide a boundary for your pet. Pet Stay Fee applies.

LINEN
7 Nights or more: A full bed & bathroom linen package included. BYO Beach Towels.
6 Nights or less: This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows, pillow protectors. You are to bring top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow slips, bathroom towels, bathroom floor mat, bathroom hand towel, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

CODE OF CONDUCT
