The room was so clean. The bed was very comfortable. The service desk worker William was amazing and so helpful. I would recommended to all my friends and family.

The room was nice and suited what we wanted but only issue was with the the communication from the hotel to us about what to do. Reception wasn’t even open to do check out at 10am. When we got there the instructions were to park anywhere with green on it. Well there was two bays per floor with little A4 green stickers on it. Very hard to see. Along with checking out because we have our key into the little letter box we couldn’t get out of car park. One thing with the room is they had sky lights in the bedrooms. Therefore as soon as the sun is up, everyone is up. Just the lack of information was disappointing. Now because reception wasn’t open I don’t know how to get bond or anything back.

Team members most curtis, no request too small. Apartment spacious well situated within close proximatey to all that Melbourne has to offer. Value for money and will certainly stay again when visiting Melbourne. Would recommend to family and friends.

Couldn’t shut doors they had tape on them shower door didn’t shut so water went all over floor coffee cups were stained couldn’t sit on balcony as it hadn’t been cleaned at all we left after a night

$300 for 2 bdrm for 3 pp. Only 2 toiletries. Soap holder in shower broken and jagged. Dirty bathroom floor. Tv didn't work, they couldn't fix It, no offer to change our room or give us money back. Wanted us to pay $10 for Wi-Fi to watch Netflix instead. I drove 4 hours to get to the city, too tired to argue too much and I don't like conflict so I let it be. I am not happy. Never again will I stay there.

A nice stay

Check in was quick and simple as you would expect. Good security with swipe access into the lobby. The room was good with the cooking facilities you need for a longer stay.
