The room was so good that anyone could live here for a length of time. Very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. We attended Metallica at Marvel Stadium and used the free trams to our advantage. This option makes it very close to everything. One thing though is be careful using the shared carpark. My car is not low and it was scraped badly underneath due to steep inclines in the ramps. Highly recommended.

Feel very ripped off by services offered vs. daily rates paid - no cleaning received during our stay even though this was advertised and confirmed at check in. We feel that Adina are very underhanded and unethical charging higher rates for public holidays and then reducing services to avoid paying their staff to work a public holiday. For our 5 night stay, the public holiday of Tuesday 4th November we were charged an absolute premium, we knew this was because of the public holiday but NOWHERE during booking or checkin was it stated Adina would be offering reduced services due to the public holiday. Even at check in the receptionist stated we would receive a FULL CLEAN after the 3rd night of our stay (Tuesday). On Monday evening a letter was posted under our door saying only the bare minimum of housekeeping would be offered “due to the public holiday”. I rang reception and expressed our frustration at this and it’s short notice and was told “ok I’ll get them to do a full clean” - this did not happen. We only had our towels swapped. Our rubbish was not even cleared from all the bins. On Wednesday, still no clean or even rubbish cleared. So for our entire stay we did not receive any fresh linen on the beds, floors were not cleaned, no kitchen or bathroom cleaning either. Absolute rip off and disgusting that we paid a premium on that particular day. Will not be staying again, will not be recommending.
