There's room for all the family to spread out in comfort. this home as 4 BDRs, 2.5 bathrooms and 3 living spaces, dinning room, outdoor dinning and outdoor living space and glorious sparkling pool. You can be assured that you will love the style and absolute comfort here with amazing spaces to relax and unwind. Whether it's relaxing by the sparking pool, under the outdoor lounge area or spreading out in one of 3 spacious living areas indoors, the choices are many. Great location, with just over a kilometre to Blairgowrie village, short drive to Sorrento or just a 10 minute drive to the hot springs and golf courses

we do have external security cameras at front of the property and at the garage and at the back yard for safety purposes
