The apartment was clean and easy to access. Great location for arrival into Southern Cross. The beds were very comfortable. The communication regarding the process for sending out information for check in could have been better. We had to 'trust the system' would be in place. It was but we had a little doubt leading up to our stay. Some UHT

Location was good. Apartment comfortable. Unfortunately kitchen hygiene was very disappointing. Dishes had not been run through the dishwasher and were greasy and dirty. Not impressed. No hairdryer. Owner slow to respond to emails prior to stay.
