Melbourne Fitzroy Terrace boasts a charming, stylish 2 Bedroom Victorian Terrace in Fitzroy North. Renovated 2022, all photos accurately represent the property as it is today. Only 2.9km from Melbourne Museum and 4km from the city centre. Fitzroy North & Fitzroy are arguably one of the BEST inner-city suburbs in Melbourne. Anyone that knows Melbourne loves Fitzroy! It's edgy, funky and has loads of creative atmosphere. Fitzroy has awesome street art, the laneways, the art galleries, funky shops, live music, bars and endless choices of cafes and restaurants. All of this makes it the coolest place in Melb.

The property boasts a light filled dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and butlers pantry, dishwasher, and oven. It's perfectly positioned with a northern aspect, boasting 2 large Velux skylights making it a home with so much happiness and light. There is a sun filled outdoor patio with a large tree for shade and gorgeous outdoor dining setting.
