I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff — their courteous and attentive service made a positive impact on my stay. As a builder with a keen eye for property condition, I couldn’t help but notice that the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance, upgrades, and greater attention to detail in certain areas. Given this, I found the nightly lodging fee to be a little excessive, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels that offer a similar price point but a more updated experience. A refresh of the facilities would certainly bring the property more in line with the high standards its pricing suggests.
