Staff were good. We got in early and was allowed late check out at midday. However the noise each morning coming fm outside the halls, or within the walls of like doors banging was consistent in the mornings and disrupted sleep ins! Perhaps improving the sound proofing of the rooms may help.

Very comfortable room, welcome message and quiet music on TV a nice touch. Be aware that if you want the breakfast buffet you need to preorder, otherwise instead of $25 it is $34.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was adequate. Bed way too soft. Having a little balcony was good to get fresh air but made the room a bit noisy as the door seal didnt keep street noise out. Would've used room service but not when you get charged $5 for the service. Bathroom was a little small. Toilet was extremely low. Not good for older people with back or knee issues. Location was good. Don't park next to hotel. Wilson parking around corner so much cheaper.
