Outstanding stayed for 4 nights and the front desk especially night shift will do bending backward to help. We forgot olive oil, need extra pillow or blanket etc.We have questions the staff at the front desk responded quickly. The room extremely comfortable and well equipped. TV more local channels but it's helpful. The kitchenette is well equipped, everything is new and high quality. Bathroom is comfortable. For more level of service I think the air freshener is recommended. Our room were extremely clean but the previous quest left the room with a mild odor. We got air wick and it was everything turned out pleasant. It's incredibly a good place to stay and a short walk to the tram stop at wells / park. Also it's not far from Anzac tram stn. 5 minutes walk to IGA and Woolworths maybe 7 minutes away. Some eatery on the back of the IGA. This hotel also quite with a very comfortable bed. It's good place for resting with great breakfast prepared by the professional chefs and it's easy to get going around the city.

Beautiful room - spotless and very comfy bed . Needs more coffee pods and information booklet in room for the technology and instructions on how things work and how to order food - plus places to go to eat. Parking an issue for older persons and walking to restaurants. The Olive Grove nearby also five stars . The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful . Wonderful hotel 🥰❤️ thank you
