Price is a bit high, surrounding area no food ! Unstable area to walk around alone at night!

Staff was very helpful and courteous, but it would have been useful to have someone at the front desk on a regular basis to check us in and answer our questions.

The Dandenong Apartment Hotel is convenient and well priced. UNfortunately you get what you pay for. Upon arrival I noticed the shabby condition of elevators and carpet. Inside the room there was long hair on tables and in bathroom. The window wouldn't close so I was stuck with noise all night from outside. The bed was two singles pushed together - both of which were soft/saggy and made for a bad nights sleep. ..... and the suburb of Dandenong is simply a very uncomfortable place to stay. I didn't feel safe outside of the Apartment (and attached restaurant) due to the socio demographic of the area.

Fantastic customer service. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff went out of their way to assist our stay and organise parking for us. Recommended.

Not happy

Picture of the hotel is not the same as seeing the hotel in the flesh. Not happy with the cleanness of the hotel and you have to through your own rubbish never have I done that before. Will never stay there again
