Fantastic location for a Melbourne weekend. Easy tram access or walk to shopping. Plenty of cafes around. Woolworths downstairs. A little noisy overnight but that's just the area i think. There was quite a bit of honking from early in the morning. Highly recommend and will return. Great value.
