Needs a bit of a refirb. Very limited power outlets (had to unplug the old alarm clock under the beside table to charge my devices.). Also quite noisy - with the water pipes for a person showering in a room above us, waking us up early one morning. Had to have our room keys re-coded twice after they failed to work. Other than that, the staff were lovely, loved the lime water near the lifts.

We got there and the extra bed had not been added to the room. Kubra was amazing she had her manager on to it straight away our room was upgraded and by the time we got to our room the bed was there and being made.
