It's a truly magical retreat nestled in the heart of St Andrews Beach, just moments away from the surf at Gunnamatta and Rye. The house has four bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in robe and ensuite complete with a double shower. A second bedroom also boasts its own ensuite, while the third and fourth bedrooms share a sleek, centrally located bathroom.
The kitchen is a chefs dream, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and stylish concrete benchtops, all overlooking one of the many sun-soaked decks perfect for entertaining. With a large wooden dining table at the centre of the living space this house will bring everyone together to connect, laugh and make memories.
A central atrium with water feature creates light throughout the house, while the upper and lower living areas provide ample space for relaxation.

Outdoors, numerous entertaining areas invite you to relax and simply unwind, while the kids can enjoy games in the garage space.

The star of the show is the stunning solar-heated swimming pool, a perfect spot for cooling off on warm days or lounging beside as you take in the tranquil garden views.

With remote control gate and high fences you feel comforted that kids and pets are safe and sound.
