You stay here for the location which is great. The hotel itself is basic - no room service, no hairdryer, no smart TVs (so no streaming). All OK if you’re aware up front. It was clean and staff were friendly. It’s waking distance from Southern Cross Station and if you’re coming from there look out for the Lifts in building 717, otherwise you’ll have to take your luggage down two big flights of step stairs. Easy access to Ubers. Would stay there again if the location suited.

We did arrive early and our room wasn’t quite ready (which was fine) and that they would call as soon as ready we did all paperwork at this time. No phone cal. Went back to the room at 3pm and had to wait 30 minutes as check in queue was out the door.

Fantastic location, easy to get around the city with easy and affordable parking. The staff were lovely and made the check in process super easy and quick.

I find the location to be perfect, the breakfast was adequate and the staff were efficient, the only issue I had was the overall cleanliness was sub par and really let the hotel down.
