With a thoughtfully designed layout, this spacious retreat offers everything you need for a memorable stay. As you enter, you'll be greeted by a very large and beautifully styled living room, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living space seamlessly leads to an expansive terrace, where you can soak in breathtaking views of Ghadira Bay - we've added a BBQ for individuals who want to grill after a long beach day.



The apartment features three double bedrooms, providing ample space for family or friends. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while a separate bathroom serves the other bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, and for those warm evenings, you can step out to the back balcony for some fresh air and additional outdoor space.



Located just seconds from the beach, you’ll have easy access to sun, sand, and sea. Whether you’re looking to relax on the terrace, are looking for water sport adventures, explore the beautiful coastline, or enjoy local dining and attractions, this apartment is the perfect home base for your next adventure.

There’s lots to explore and tons to do in Mellieha for tourists of all ages and traveller types. From watching an amazing sunset by the Red Tower to exploring the nearby caves and secluded beaches or wandering through the cute village core, there is a long list of reasons why Mellieha is a popular destination - this is a typical 'live like a local' experience that you’ll really enjoy. Sun Valley guests have tons to do here without traveling more than 10 mins by car, bus, or taxi. Bus access is great whether you want to visit our capital city Valletta, walk through our beautiful villages, or hop on a boat from Cirkewwa to spend a few hours on our sister island. Nature enthusiasts are in for a treat. Malta’s natural reserves include the Majjistral Nature and History Park and the Ghadira Nature Reserve, which you can visit. The Foresta 2000 Riserva and Koperattiva Rurali Manikata also make an interesting day trip where you can learn about local agriculture, trees and flora with farmers; plus a visit to some archaeological remains. You can also head into the woodland at il-Mizieb or along the rugged coast at Marfa Ridge, locally known as L-Ahrax, or Selmun with its view of St Paul’s Islands.



Getting Around:

The island’s compact size makes exploring charming towns and stunning coastal views easy, while ferry services connect you to nearby islands like Gozo and Comino. You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions. Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
