Rien Ă  redire sur l appartement : conforme aux photos, propre et fonctionnel. Il est bien placĂ© pour visiter l Ăźle et pas loin de belles plages. La vue est superbe entre la mer , l eglise et le coucher de soleil le soir. La propriĂ©taire est trĂšs rĂ©active Ă  la moindre demande : location Ă  prendre sans mauvaises surprises. De belles vacances👍😀

Nice stay in Malta

The appartment is really beautiful, well equiped, clean and calm. The view from the terrace is also beautiful. The city of Melliena is nice with great places to eat, a nice beach and close to the ferry for Gozo. We had a car so it was easy to travel around Malta from this location. Finally, Maureen is a nice and welcoling host who replied to our questions when needed. We higly recommand this appartment !

Lovely big terrace with gorgeous sunsets, overlooking the bay and up to the church. Check in easy. Communication with host very good. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet, residential area with plenty of restaurants. Local shop nearby although supermarket did deliver. Lovely beach. Easy to get taxis using Bolt app.

One of the very good ones

A delightful, clean, modern, expansive 2bed/2 shower room apartment. Wonderful undeveloped hillside view extending from hilltop village church down to a few hotels, bars, restaurants and shops at each end of the sandy bay. Great view , including sunsets, from the terrace(approx. 35x10ft). About 5 bus routes pass nearby giving access to Valletta, Sliema, Bugibba, Gozo Ferry Terminal and all stops in between, for E2. We used BOLT for taxis to Marsaxlokk and the Ta' Qali Artisan Village. Booked tours to Ancient Temples, Gozo, and Grand Harbour at shop on way to beach. They all went well. Taxi from Airport was E33. Back by BOLT E27. Had a great time! Maureen could not be more helpful.Note: Details may say "refrigerator". It is actually a good sized fridge freezer.

Spacious, comfortable apartment in excellent location

Loved this apartment. Extremely spacious, comfortable and well equipped with a lovely large terrace with beautiful views. Ideal location, being within walking distance of both the village and the sea. Communication with Maureen was excellent and she responded to all our queries immediately.We didn't need a car as restaurants, shops, beach etc were all within walking distance, and we used public bus service (which we found extremely efficient) for airport and any other trips we did, Would definitely highly recommend this apartment and hope to return!

Perfect holiday in top accommodation

This was the third time we stayed in this perfectly equipped apartment. With a wonderful view that makes it easy to start and end your day. The apartment is clean and Maureen is a wonderful host who is always available. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the island. It will definitely not be the last time we stay in Maureen's apartment.

Spacious apartment in great location

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be. It was spacious and had a lovely terrace area for relaxing on. We used the gas BBQ every night except two, when we ate out (Headquarters Bar near main Supermarket)The apartment had everything we needed. It is well placed, just 10 mins walk from Starbucks/restaurants/beach.The nearest bus stop is just 2 mins walk and serves the Gozo Ferry/Valletta/Airport bus etc. We didnt hire a car as the bus service is so good, cheap and frequent. We did our shopping at the main supermarket though there is a small minimarket nearby. Communication was excellent and prompt with the owner. We used the Bolt app to get a taxi to and from the airport Would definitely return to this property.

Great apartment

We have just spent 2 great weeks at this wonderful apartment in Mellieha. The apartment is located in a perfect location. It’s in between the see and the restaurants. You have a short walk to both. There were 2 of us, but the apartment could comfortably allocate 6. There is a main bedroom, with lots of wardrobe space and loads of coat hangers. It also has an en-suite. There is spare bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. There is also another shower and toilet room. There is large an open plan kitchen dinner and living room. and there is also a very large patio, with a view of the see and Mellieha Parish Church. There is a BBQ, if you wish to cook whilst on holiday. There is a washing machine, again if you wish to do washing whilst on holiday. There is air conditioning through out the property, that works really well, as did the WiFi. Oh and there is also a restaurant at the end of the road. I always recommend getting a car, but if you don’t, the Malta bus system is amazing and there are always regular buses to take you anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Communication with the property manager, from start to finish, was good and prompt. And when I messaged during our stay for a quick inquiry, the response was instant. So, If you are looking for a lovely and quiet place to stay, and that is close to everything but without being on top of everything, then this is the apartment to stay at. I highly recommend it.

Perfect location for a visit to Malta

Large apartment for 4. Everything was there including a chrome cast dongle so we could watch Netflix etc. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the large terrace. The owner was very helpful, late check-in was easy. Having travelled around large parts of the island, we can recommend this as a perfect base location.

Groß - hell - voll ausgestattet - gute Lage

Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer riesigen SĂŒd-West Terrasse. Der Verkehr der nahegelegenen Straße ist nicht zu sehen (da tiefer gelegen), aber etwas zu hören und die Abgase sind durchaus wahrnehmbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, da wir Katzenliebhaber sind, haben wir uns ĂŒber den tĂ€glichen Besuch der fĂŒnf bis sechs KĂ€tzchen (um die sich eine Anwohnerin kĂŒmmert!) immer gefreut. Maureen ist eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Vielleicht könnte der eine oder andere Schrank mit HandtĂŒchern, BettwĂ€sche etc. etwas aufgerĂ€umter sein, aber das ist eher ein Luxusproblem. Alles in allem hatten wir zwei sehr schöne Wochen!

The apartment totally exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice as it’s HUGE! As part of a modern residential block, it is well fitted out, with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a huge open plan kitchen/living area, and Maureen has furnished it beautifully, so it feels very homely. As the block is mainly residential, it is really quiet, which is perfect for us. It is perched on the hillside, with a beautiful view. From the enormous terrace you can look upwards to an impressive church and downwards to the beach and the sun setting over the hills on the other side. It is a 10 minute downhill stroll to the beach, and a longer uphill walk back, but with shops and restaurants to break your journey if needed. We’re both in our 50s and found the walk easy, so don’t let that put you off. The local beach is very busy, so we also tried Paradise Beach, which is only 10 minutes by cab (Uber or ECabs) from the apartment. The apartment and Maureen’s hospitality made our holiday, and we would definitely book again.

Tolle, blitzsaubere Wohnung

Schon die Ankunft war sehr entspannt. Obwohl wir erst um 23.00 Uhr im Ort ankamen, warteten unsere Gastgeber an der Straße auf uns. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erklĂ€rte Kiki uns die Wohnung, Schalter uns Sicherungen sowie das Abfallsystem der Stadt. Die Wohnung glĂ€nzte vor Sauberkeit. Es gibt reichlich HandtĂŒcher und BadetĂŒcher fĂŒr den Strand. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Die haben wir aber nicht gebraucht. Alle GerĂ€te sind hochwertig und funktioniern. Die Klimaanlagen in Wohn- und Schlafzimmern kĂŒhlen gut und leise. Die Terrasse ist ca. 12 m lang und ca 3 m breit und hat ab 13 Uhr Sonne. Abends kann man die Sonne hinter den HĂŒgeln untergehen sehen. Die Lage ist trotz der nahen Hauptstraße ruhig. In 10 Minuten ist man in den Stadtkern oder auf der anderen Seite zum Wasser gegangen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, eben weil schon unsere Wohnung rundum gelungen war! Danke und auf Wiedersehen

Large apartment in central location between city and beach

Apartment was a great size and everything we needed for a family of three. Terrace was beautiful, as was the view. Only thing we were surprised about was being on the 1st floor (probably didn’t read the whole listing), but the area felt very safe. Good base between Valletta and Gozo.

Super Wohnung

Definitely recommended!

A nice appartment with a wonderful view and big terrace. We were suprised when we got in, the flat is even bigger than expected. Everything we needed was in there. On top there were loads of books even for the children, who fell in love with ali baba! Maureen was so kind and well organized. She was available every time we needed her. Without car, you have to walk the hill quite often and it takes time to the beach: around 15min. However we didn't mind. There is also a frequented busstop a few meters downhill. Having a glass of wine on the terrace enjoying amazing sunsets absolutely compensates for that! Thank you for all, Maureen. We enjoyed our stay. I'm sure we'll come back oneday.

Perfect holidays, in a wonderful good located flat

Thanks again Maureen for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful flat. We have been the second time in Maureens flat and definitely come back again. Maureen is so helpful and a attentive host. The flat is clean and you will have everything you need for a great holiday. The location is perfect the beach is not far, small supermarket and restaurants for diner all within walking distance. Not forget to mention the great terrace with the great view for unforgettable sunsets. We’ll be back !

Enjoyable stay, ideal location for beach and restaurants.

We really enjoyed out stay at the apartment. It was very clean and the terrace is bigger than it looks in the photos, with nice views up and down the hill. The beach is only a ten minute walk and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance, especially if you can face the short walk up the hill. We liked the nearest restaurant the most - One80, which is literally a one minute walk. Maureen was very helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay in this clean and well located apartment. Everything we needed was there and Maureen is a great host who helps you anytime. The place is very clean and cosy.
