The owner was extremely thorough and thoughtful about our stay. We were in town for a family wedding yet also had time to relax and catch up...the home was attractive as well as very comfortable and cozy. The yard was overgrown which was a surprise upon arrival, BUT I do understand that the timing of yard work might not align with guest arrival. It was a wonderful weekend, and we would definitely stay here again. Wonderful host! Beautiful home.

Our host was VERY responsive. The house was clean and comfortable. Our suggestions would be a newer mattress in the main bedroom and an anti slip mat in the tub.The house was conveniently located and worked great for our visit to Memphis.

Our fourth or fifth stay at Stephne’s property. Excellent as always, especially when we’re traveling with our elderly dog. One thing I’ve failed to mention in prior reviews about this property is how thoughtfully stocked it always is. Seemingly small things like a plentiful supply of trash bags, spices & condiments, laundry pods, paper towels, etc make a huge difference. I’ve had multiple VRBO experiences over the past few years, and Stephne’s thoughtfulness in this area really stands out. Of course, the place is always spotless with everything perfectly functional. She is also one of the most responsive hosts I’ve interacted with. Five plus stars again.

Great location

What a lovely house to have as a home base during our trip to Memphis! It is conveniently located on a quiet block in a safe, centrally-located part of the city. The house was comfortable and clean, and it provided us with a quiet place to rest during our trip to visit family. We had some issues with the key pad when we first got there, but Stephne was very communicative and helped resolve the issue right away. I would definitely stay there again!

Will Be Coming Back, Withour a Doubt!

This house met, exceeded, and then blew my expectations out of the water. This house truly felt like home. My family fell in love with this place! The house is absolutely amazing. It is so charming and so cozy, it would be near impossible to not feel at ease. In fact - while there, we considered booking again for the week of Christmas and starting a tradition of traveling for Christmas. Sadly, it was not available :(Seriously, I just cannot say enough. This place was great, the host was so kind and communicative, and it truly was exactly what we needed.
