Good evening… I’ve been a customer of Expedia for quite some time now. Tonight was an absolute nightmare. I received an email asking if I wanted an early check in which I accepted. Upon arrival we found a large congregation of military personnel in lobby. No biggie unless we don’t have a room… Welp!!! We didn’t have a room available. I spoke to manager about checking in early via email portal & he said “I apologize but we don’t control that level of communication from a third party entity.” They checked for availability @ 9:45pm as my two children & wife were frustrated to say the least. It took roughly (45)min to locate, clean & prepare a room which provided a solution to the situation. But it’s the principle behind this process… No, no, no this is not acceptable to offer early check in but then upon arrival habe no rooms available.

I have stayed here numerous times and always been greeted with friendly staff. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front desk to check me in and then they acted a bit put out.

I couldn’t stay because they sold my room, the man on front desk named Antonio was rude and didn’t help me, he just said that they were sold out and he didn’t respect the proof that I had, for that reason I gave one star, and now trying to get refund me the money

Don’t get room 409

Check-in was good. The room I requested but received a single with a pull out sofa. There was a stain on the sheet and a large bug running around the floor. Went to the front desk to get more sheets and bug spray. They didn’t have bug spray. The night front desk agent did offer me free breakfast coupons. But I didn’t want to eat there knowing I was killing bugs in my room. The door to room 409 gets stuck so make sure it is closed when you leave if you get that room. The bartender was very helpful. Check out was good. Hotels usually have a room they assign last cause they know it has issues, I think 409 is that room for this property.
