I liked how easy the check-in and check-out process was, it was easy and hassle free. As for the amenities, I didn’t get a chance to use everything but the snacks provided at their kiosk were good but over priced, like $4 for a small bag of chips. The rooms seem luxurious or super clean from the photos but everything needed work in terms of craftsmanship. Overall, this place wasn't that bad for the price. I’d probably stay somewhere else next time though.

morning front desk lady is rude pool was dirty the maintenance crew was great ms dianne was very sweet she is the only front desk lady who was nice it was dog poop on the floor in our room the pool was crowded with people me and my kids couldn’t swim the first night because it was over crowded boyd was jumping in and out of the pool one lady said it was lady bugs all in her room the food was probably the only good thing about this place i had to get my tv replaced my room got cleaned once and i stayed here 5 nights had to beg for towels and the pool was cloudy i’ll never stay here again my plane was delayed the only reason i stayed this long ms dianne was so sweet

The smell of the room was horrible. The walls were dirty, the carpet on the floor was dirty. The toilet sits low to the ground. The tub was dirty. I only gave 2 stars due to the bed was comfortable, however we had to keep spraying room scent and Lysol in order to sleep. Check in was quick and easy. Only one elevator was working.

This hotel is very, very basic, which I guess is what you would expect for the lower price. There’s a musty smell throughout the hallways. No coffee pot in the room. Not in the best neighborhood. No nice restaurants or shopping nearby. If you’re not picky and you’re just looking for a room for the night at a decent price,I guess it would be OK.

I’m giving 3 stars because overall the room was decent. The room was decently cleaned but I recommend bringing your own wipes and Lysol and the water in the shower continued to drip long after I shut it off. The AC unit also didn’t make the room as cool as it should have for me to have put in on the coolest setting it would go to the room was still too warm. The halls smelled very bad upon arrival and the room wasn’t as bad as the hall way but I’d recommend bringing some candles or something to make the smell in the rooms better. They do have a bar and food I didn’t get any food but the drinks were fine. Also didn’t go to the pool but the lobby was really the nicest area of the hotel it’s very misleading having you thinking it’s going to be something it’s not and only one elevator was working by the time check out came. Somehow a lady bug managed to get into my room but again, overall cleanliness wasn’t terrible could have been better especially the smell of the hallways and my top sheet had a bit of stain.

Room ok. A little musty in room otherwsie comfortable sleep and shower. Pool party going on while we were there with people smoking weed and playing loud music and making a mess. Hotel was responsive to the issue so we were appreciative of that. Pot smells linger in an elevator though. Hotel feels fancy at first but some clientele bring it down a notch or two. Might just be limited to our visit.

We had a great time in Memphis and the hotel was perfect. We had a combined room for myself, husband, and our 4 kids. Everything worked perfectly and was clean. The kids loved the indoor pool. The staff were so friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was complimentary breakfast was advertised and they actually do not have breakfast so be aware of that.

The pictures did not match up with the building or room. Everything was very worn and not clean. Only one elevator worked, there was a layer of grime and dirt everywhere.
