My stay at the Memphis Vitality Hotel has been truly exceptional. As someone who required a peaceful, distraction-free environment for an extended and important stay, this hotel has proven to be an invaluable discovery. The hotel truly lives up to its name, promoting a sense of Vitality and quiet strength. The atmosphere here is one of deep calm and peace, which is a rare find when traveling. This is the perfect low-noise sanctuary for anyone needing to focus, work, or simply get deep, restorative rest. Crucially, despite being near the airport, I never once heard the noise of a jet engine—a testament to the peaceful design of this property. The rooms are clearly a recent renovation—modern, incredibly clean, and feature comfortable, high-quality bedding that ensures a great night's sleep. The property feels secure, which provides a tremendous amount of peace of mind. Furthermore, the location is strategically perfect. It's set back enough to feel private and restful, yet its proximity to major routes and the newly free MATA public transit makes navigating Memphis extremely convenient. Every member of the staff I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. If you are looking for a secure, high-quality, and deeply peaceful environment in Memphis, I highly recommend the Memphis Vitality Hotel. It is a genuine sanctuary that fosters focus and delivers true hospitality.

Very unsafe with the check in process. Everyone that is in the area has full access to all your information that you are inputting into the kiosk as there is a huge screen that face outward. All anyone has to do is sit off to the side and could zoom in and record any /all data being inputted( full credit card information, driver license). Then this took 3x times as long as I have ever been through before. They try a portray a high end hotel but definitely not that..

This was a HORRIBLE experience. The elevator was filthy and smelled of weed. The hall carpet is nasty. The door to the room looked like someone had attempted to break in and there were little red drops of something all over the floor of the bathroom. The door that adjoins the rooms did not lock. This place made me feel VERY unsafe.

The lobby was the only thing of the property that was nice. The people were helpful. Very unsafe part of town.. So much so that they close one of the two security gates at the enterance to the property at night. At least two of the three elevators were broken. And it was that way for multiple days. The shower faucet did not just leak, it flowed water out of it. Could not shut it off.. The towel bar has more dents in it than a golf ball does dimples. How do you dent a towel bar? The carpet looked and felt as dirty as the bathroom floor. The floors in the bathroom were filthy. The shower curtain is not long enough. So water sprayed out onto the floor from one end. The pillows were nice. The rooms of the property needs to be remodeled in a bad way.. I will not stay here again.. No way..

Trash was left in the room from the prior guests. Tv would not stay connected to the Internet so it didn’t work. Air conditioning unit didn’t work very well. Elevators were broken upon arrival but were fixed when we checked out. We love this hotel and hope things get better.

Nice hotel overall.

The hotel lobby is nice and the rooms are updated at this hotel. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby, and hot tub with outdoor and indoor pools. There were only a few concerns that seem easily remedied. The lobby elevator button would not work unless it was pressed a certain way, which took some time to get it to work. The room we first checked into had a dampness in the air that made everything feel wet. When we asked the hotel staff to check it out they agreed and made a different room right away. All in all a good experience, just a couple things that could use some attention.
