Staff was phenomenal and made the experience amazing. Highly recommend this hotel and with easy access to the interstate this made it the perfect stay for anyone visiting Baptist memorial hospital. Additionally the restaurant served outstanding food and the bartender was extremely efficient and friendly. Will be staying again if in the Memphis area.

The hot tub was hot, the pool was nice and cool but not chilly. Sometimes heated pools feel like swimming in urine, and this one isn't like that!

This was the worst hotel experience ever! Early in the evening the elevators were inoperable. Around 2:30 AM someone pulled the fire alarm and had to walk down 7 flights of stairs. We woke up to cold water; there was no hot water to shower with. After inquiring about the water situation the hotel receptionist was rude and dismissive. We were told the issue was fixed and to let the water run. By the time I returned to my room the water had been turned off. The poor customer service is what did it for me woke

Couldnt barrly shower water couldnt realy get hot and the tub keep the water and wouldnt drain. Elevator stopped working while we was on it and didnt work the rest of the time we was there stairs was confusing lead olus to the aide of the building that was dark and no path. I really eant my money back
