Everything was very clean and the host was very responsive. We arrived a little later than expected and the code wasn't working, but they were able to immediately provide a solution. Quiet area and a great stay.

Fantastic little cabin

My family stayed here for two nights. We loved it. Short drive to restaurants, activities and a Wal-Mart and Dollar General were close by. Durning our stay we visited Cloudland Canyon, Desoto Falls, and Little river Falls. We were able to find our way around pretty easy.

Hidden Gem

This place was a perfect spot. It was a quick 30 minute drive from a wedding we were attending and even more cute in person. You will have a beautiful drive to and from this hidden gem. I would definitely stay again. Thank you to the host too for being so gracious.

Kids loved it

Our kids loved the loft area upstairs as well as the bunk beds. They loved playing outside as well. Beautiful little cabin for a mountain getaway!

Small and cozy

Very nice small and cozy cabin way up in the mountains of Georgia. Not many near by places for food and there's a huge insect infestation suck as Scorpions and large spiders but other then that it's clean and safe inside the cabin. There is plenty of room for a small family of 5 or less.

We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! Fern Cottage was nicely decorated with the essentials. Coffee grinds with some creamers already available for use. There was also a fully stocked kitchen with cookie sheets, oven mitts, pans/pot and some salt/pepper and oil for us to use. There was even a small roll of foil for us. Extra trash bag liners were there along with dishwasher detergent and dishwash. They also had hand soap and shampoo/conditioner/body wash there too, which often vrbo rentals don't have for guests. We didn't use the washer/dryer but washer soap sheets and dryer sheets were there. The grill is a Weber charcoal grill but it had some wet charcoal in it, so we couldn't use it but we used the broil function in the oven for our steaks and it was fine. The location was also convenient to Cloudland Canyon State Park where we hiked twice (early morning and then later at night to see the sunset) which took us about 25 mins each way. There are other tiny homes next to you and behind so it wasn't that private per se, but with shades down it was fine and everyone was quiet. Everyone was happy and the pictures were accurate on vrbo!
