In addition, there are 2 communal pools (one of them a children's pool), as well as the well-kept, furnished garden, which you share with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes. In this small complex you can spend relaxing holidays in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: Supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and bars are within walking distance and you will also find shopping centres, leisure facilities and water parks in the area. The beach is only 150 m away and can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street.
