Direct Trail Access!
We just completed the remodel on this beautiful 3 bedroom one bathroom cabin. Two bedrooms feature queen size log beds and one bedroom has two full size beds. Comfortable living room with a 50" tv. Turn on the gas fireplace to warm up after a day of snowmobiling. You will fall in love with the view from the deck, overlooking the Turtle River.
You can park your vehicles in the driveway and ride your snowmobiles 1/2 a mile to the trail.
The basement is under remodel and is not available for rent at this time.
Sitting outside on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning was perfect!Bedrooms were a nice size and bedding snd beds were very comfortable.Kitchen was well stocked, made a couple of meals and had pretty much what we needed.Would recommend to anyone who loves the outdoors and quiet.
This was a beautiful home that had a fantastic deck overlooking the river. We loved that there was a table and grill on the deck, kayaks, and chairs for the firepit. The cabinets, closets and drawers had every single item that we would have needed if we had forgotten something. We also loved that there was lots of extra towels, toilet paper and eveeything that we needed. We wished that we had rented for longer so that we could have enjoyed more of the property and amenities, but we spent our time on the trails. There was enough parking for both of our trucks and trailers, with room for a 3rd if we would have needed. Also it was just a couple minutes to drive into Mercer.
The cabin served us well for our snowmobile trip of 4 adults. It was close to trail 8. The cabin itself is in a beautiful setting. It is fully stocked with anything you would need. We will definitely be back.
Very roomy house, enjoyed the views from the house, it was nice getting to wake up every morning and looking out at the river running in the back yard having coffee, the whole family enjoyed this place
Accommodations were great! It was out a bit more from Mercer than we thought but not bad One issue was the trash You are responsible for taking out the trash to the transfer station (which alot of VRBO's have you collect your trash) But you have to buy a sticker at a list of places then take to transfer station But the hours that the transfer station is open are not to helpful at all Wed was till 1:30 (we were still on the trails) and we checked out on Thurs am
( transfer station was closed! ) So we brought our trash home with us! Not really what we wanted to do!
We enjoyed our stay, out of town away from the hussle and bussle but close enough to town for convenience. Very nice place and hope to stay there again.
The hosts were very responsive to questions we had while preparing for our visit as well as when we were there.
Would definitely consider staying again if we end up in that area!
