The Space
The open living area features vaulted ceilings, a dramatic stone fireplace, and large windows that bring in natural light. Sliding doors lead to spacious decks surrounded by trees.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless appliances, a large island, and bar seating for easy meals together.
Downstairs, the game room offers a second hangout space with a smart TV, electric fireplace, and games for all ages.

Outdoor Living
Walk down the street to the private community beach on Lake Winnipesaukee for swimming and relaxing. Back at the house, grill on the deck or unwind by the firepit under the stars.

We want you to relax and enjoy your time in Meredith. These guidelines simply help protect the home and respect our neighbors.

Occupancy & Visitors
The maximum overnight occupancy is 8 registered guests.
No parties, events, or large gatherings.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
This home is in a quiet residential community.
Please keep outdoor noise low during quiet hours and be respectful of neighbors.
Outdoor amplified music is not permitted at any time.

No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home or on the decks.
If smoking is detected, a $300 remediation fee will apply.

Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval.
• Up to 2 dogs
• $105 per pet, per stay
• Dogs must be house-trained
Please keep pets off beds and furniture, clean up waste, and do not leave dogs unattended unless crated.
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage.

Care of the Home
Please treat the home with care and notify us promptly if anything is damaged.
Remove muddy shoes indoors and secure food and trash to avoid wildlife.
