Elegant and comfortable villa in Real Montejo

Villa Remon is a 3 bedrooms, 3 en-suite bathrooms, an amazing garden with a large pool, built on 2 stories.
It has a covered garage opened by an electric gate. high speed fiber optic internet and 4 smart TVs, one in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms.

The living room has plenty of sofas, some of them being sofa-beds, for eventuial extra-guests or sleep over visitors.
The kitchen is very large and it includes all the amenities and appliances for a comfortable stay, among which: a dishwasher and a water dispenser that uses 20 Lts water jugs for drinking water. Guests will need to buy the 20Lts water jugs if they run out. The refrigerator has an ice maker that is connected to another water jug.
The stove and the oven are gas powered.
There are plenty of closets and cupboards, ceiling fans and extractors so the cooking fans can feel they have reached the cooking Paradise!

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground-floor, and it has a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, a desk for home-office, and plenty of closets. It offers a very attractive garden view, to give our guests inspiration during their work and relaxation during their siesta.

The Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, having a smart TV, a larger en-suite bathroom, a desk for home office, but also a large walk-in closet, and a terrace over the garden.

There is air conditioning in every room, as well as ceiling fans. Washer and dryer units installed on the ground-floor, practically everything you need for a middle or long term stay, but also for a shorter stay.
