Lovely, clean, Mayan-inspired rooms and a helpful team! The location is a bit out of town and I don’t recommend walking there at night due to a few reactive dogs in the neighborhood, but that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to be aware of!

La ubicación es sencilla poco lejos del centro pero el lugar está muy limpio se siente muy seguro la alberca y todo muy limpio , las personas que atienden muy amables . Nos gustó mucho casi la parte favorita del viaje

We had the place to ourselves. Pool was great, breakfast was lovely, room and bed were comfortable. Not much shower water pressure and a bit out of town, but for one night it was just fine. Best to have a car, as the are no Ubers in Izamal.

El hotel muy bonito, la alberca también. El personal muy amable, definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. Solo un detalle, para los que padecemos de dolor de espalda, los colchones eran muy suaves, por lo demás todo muy bien y limpio.
