Muy buena opción por el precio. Los únicos detalles fue que la tele del cuarto no servía muy bien, no se podía controlar el volumen, solo te dan una llave por cuarto, aunque sea un cuarto para 4 personas y el agua del alberca estaba muy fría.

We loved everything about this hotel. The grounds are lit up with excitement at night. Pure romance. The morning buffet had great variety. The room was spacious and the jetted tub was powerful. Fabulous everything. We plan to return next month.

Beautiful hotel right in Centro

Wonderful hotel in a great location - and free parking. The suite was HUGE. Beautiful balcony reminiscent of Merida’s glory days. Breakfast buffet with everything you could imagine.

Loved our stay!

A nice surprise! The suite was even larger than we expected. The balcony had 2 glass sliding sets of doors to access it, and a small balcony off the kitchenette area. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, great AC, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. The pool was great & the garden beautiful! There is a pair of resident peacocks that live in the garden/pool area of the hotel. A male & female that are very calm, but you may hear them in the morning. There is also a school that backs up to the pool area, so if that kind of noise bothers you be sure you do get a room above the pool. We actually enjoyed the peacocks & the noise of children going to school! We did not eat at the restaurant. Sunday morning there was a band & the music was extremely loud. There are many great restaurants nearby, so we never tried the hotel restaurant again. Paseo 60 is 2 blocks away; it has restaurants, breweries, wine bar, shopping and a ADO bus station. Parque Santa Ana is about 8 blocks in the opposite direction. Paseo de Montejo & mansions, museum’s & interesting sights is about 3 blocks away. We would definitely stay again.

The room was very spacious and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with an easy walk to Paseo Montejo and the Central Park, with tons of shopping and restaurants of all types, from fancy to basic. The only issue we had was luke-warm water in the shower, but the overall value for money can't be beat.
