Independent minimalist study close to everything

This is a minimalistic study apartment, with staircase access, it is located right in front of a nice big park in a quiet, comfortable area, with a kids park and an area for barbecues, there is also another, smaller park nearby. The house is close to multiple restaurants and supermarkets, and public transportation is available just a couple of blocks away.
The apartment is independent, there are no shared areas, however, it is a division inside a bigger house. I like to plant edibles at my house so you may be lucky to have some organic Maracuya or bananas, on the house!
