Driving to the beach takes about 20 minutes, driving to the Centro takes about 10 minutes and walking to The Harbor Shopping Mall, one of the largest malls in Mérida takes about 4 minutes.
The condo is located on the 4th floor of the Torre Océana and it is overviewing the lush Tropical Central Park and the semi-Olympic swimming pool.
It has been furnished and decorated with selected colours that are Sunny, Earthy, warm and relaxing.
The condo has a master bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet towards the en-suite bathroom, and views over the Central Park, the lung of this magnificent arquitectonic project. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed, the 3rd bedroom has Twin beds and a bathroom shared with the 2nd bedroom.
