I booked 3 rooms for the evening with 4 guest for each room. One room came with only 1 towel and the other with 2 each. We were given a total of 4 extra towels when requested. When I asked for more I was told that there were no other towels available and that guest are responsible for bringing their own. Found blood on the mattress in a room and the staff refused to give us a new room as they were full (although they continued to book rooms in front of me while I waited for them to come see the dirty room. Once he did he offered to change the blanket, but at that point the family in that room booked another hotel. Another room the toilet would not work and when I looked in the take to see if it was just the float I found a rag inside. I was told that out of three rooms I had three problems and that people never complain about them… we took the two towels from the dirty room to the other with one towel and got a call to both of the remaining rooms about 30 min later asking if we stole the towels. While in the lobby waiting on them to come look at the dirty room another gentlemen came in for what seems like not the first time to get help with a broken tv. There were several men loitering outside drinking and talking until very late. When we left in the morning we seen that the room with the blood had been booked. This was turkey an extremely disappointing experience.
At $100 per night less than other properties in the area, the EconoInn was perfectly serviceable. Our double room was a good size. The down sides were the group standing outside our room drinking and no hot water in the morning (though we had it in the evening.)
When arrived in the room there was a ball of hair on the sheets (not ours) and cigarette burns on the bed cover and blankets. I called the front desk to ask for these to be fixed. Her reply was "housekeeping is gone; I'll come see what it is." Upon the worker arriving in the room she dusted the ball of hair off the sheets and pulled the covers back up and said "all clean". She pulled the bed covers off and brought a clean blanket. We asked for 2 extra pillows. She said we would have to come get them. I walked to the office to get the two pillows, where she said it would be a $15 fee per dog and that I didn't tell her we had dogs. I told her 1.she never asked. 2. The motel is pet friendly and I was never informed of the fee. 3. The 2 small dogs will remain kenneled all night. The desk worker got an attitude and said there is a fee per dog and I can pay it or leave. I asked if I could get an immediate refund. She stated "yes". However upon checking out immediately, she said it would be two to three days before I would get my refund. Upon leaving there was a dead bat in the parking lot! #rabies #disgusting room rate was over $90 with taxes

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
I like the location do not like the rooms that much because they're never clean enough and need new appliances there's always something wrong with the microwave & refrigerator.... I do hope this helps
When we pulled up to our room, at the back of the hotel, there was a car parked in front our room with a women in it on the passenger side, just sitting there. She had an unclean appearance, the vehicle she was in was in rough shape. I know not everyone can afford nice things but it just felt off. We unloaded and left to get something for dinner. When we came back there was a guy in the drivers seat slumped over that you could tell was out of his mind high. Then another guy walked up from out of the bushes to the rear of the car and opened the rear hatch. Then it was clear that they were homeless. They didn't have a room. I kept looking out to see if they were messing with my vehicle. As more guests arrived they left for awhile then came back and slept in the car in the parking lot. I hate that I'm writing this and know I may sound up-ity but I assure you all I feel is blessed that I'm not in their shoes. Had they not been high I may have offered some help. I've delt with folks like that in the past it has not turned out well. So with that said we idn't feel safe there, the room itself wasn't terrible there were no bugs and I checked the bed to be sure. The pool was poor and unworkable condition. The free continental looked ok but the juice machine had a brown slury in the bottom of it so I didn't partake in any of it and am not regretting it. This was the last time I'll be giving the Econo Lodges a shot. The price was under 100 for a night but I worried all night long.
