This 40 m² (430 sq ft) single-story cottage, with its own entrance, comprises a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a shower room with a heated towel rail and hairdryer, a bright living room with a sofa bed (130 cm), a television, and a DVD player, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

A storage room on the garden level provides space for two bicycles and laundry.

Outside, a shared enclosed garden with the owner, complete with outdoor seating, sun loungers, and a barbecue, enhances the peaceful atmosphere.
Baby equipment is available upon request. Pets (except cats) are welcome, but only one is permitted. Heating is provided by a wood pellet stove and electric radiators.
