I was happy that accessible room was available. Shower above bath was not a problem for me on crutches as bath was low and plenty of handrails for safety. Someone in a wheelchair would not be able to access the shower. Staff were wonderful.

Misleading ad on Expedia, it says dog friendly. So we booked a suite. Then we find out that no dogs are allowed in that room. Expedia would not change the room and compensate us for the dog friendly room. Horrible customer service from Expedia.

Great hotel

Great service, comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast is alright as well, although it was not as good as it was during our stay in August. My son enjoyed fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby and hot chocolate from the machine.
