Room very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Only difficulty was wifi at end room I was in was poor (0-3 bars, would cut out). Otherwise pleasant stay

Ramada Merritt is quick and easy for overnight travel between Calgary and Vancouver. Breakfast is good with enough variety for everyone. Pet friendly at a reasonable cost. The only downside to our room was the lack of available plugs for charging devices, and none were available or even existed by the beds. Otherwise a great little stop-over enroute.

Really disappointed Expected from the Ramada chain I stay at many thru BC and Alberta

The pool was so warm and inviting. The hot tub was very relaxing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Great staff. Pool area was dirty, tiles falling off walls and on floor. Bathtub faucet in suite was constantly dripping, tons of water gathered in bathtub. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

It was extremely cold -30 and people where starting up there cars and trucks all night. There where block heaters plug ins at least. I had a cord so I was good. The place has a decent free breakfast. Above average I would say.
