Perfect for our needs

We stayed here with our dogs so we could go to NASA and Cocoa Beach. Perfect location for both. Very clean, would recommend!

We had a quick two night stay and John the host made everything super simple for us. The property was clean and nice for our party of two families and it was close to everything we needed access to. I would deff recommend!

Merritt Island Adventure, 2024

We were a party of four adults, a teen and a tween. The property was very easy to find via Google Maps, and all of Merritt Island had a slightly weathered look and feel to it, not far from what one might imagine Margaritaville to be like. But, while the exterior may have been a bit weathered, the interior was immaculate. The photos were true to life and the accommodations outstanding. But the most striking thing about the property was the care that the host took to make us welcomed and comfortable. From the overabundance of towels and linens to the tampons and pads that were provided (just in case). The coded lock worked on the second try (I'm a butterfingers), and we had ample parking for our two large vehicles. The beds were comfy, the hot water was HOT and the property manager lived next door. We could not be happier with our experience and if we make a return trip to the area, we will be looking for Mr. Bromley's properties again!!!

Wedding night

We got married at Field Manor which is only minutes away from this lovely spot. It was perfect for us. We loved the decor and the layout. She grew up in the area and I have been coming to the Space Coast to the beach as long as I can remember. We would rent this place again with my college age kids (2) because each would have their own room and space for friends.

Perfect place for our family We spent day at Space Center which is only short drive away and there are several restaurants nearby if you don’t care to cook after a long day. Home was well very clean and owner responsive to our questions. Would stay there again if back in area.

The house was located really close distance to everything we wanted to enjoy on our weekend vacation. We were very satisfied with the comfortability of the home and how hospitable it was. Wish we had more time to enjoy it but my family and I will definitely be back to enjoy in the summer sometime again highly recommend this home
