In a quiet vacation home settlement with a view of the Hennesee, 300 meters away from the lido, the house is located in the middle of the Sauerland.

The vacation home and the outdoor areas were completely renovated, refurnished and redesigned in 2024.

There is a parking space with a chargeable wallbox in the driveway, billed via a calibrated MID meter.

The garden house features an infrared sauna,

where you can relax and enjoy the view of Lake Henne through the garden.

The modern living room with smart TV and floor-to-ceiling windows invites you to linger in comfort. Through the living room you enter the open kitchen with a cozy bench for up to 4 people.

The living area has underfloor heating.



The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, airfryer, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler,

as well as sufficient crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils.

The newly landscaped garden with partially covered, large terrace is completely fenced and has a large garden table with 4 chairs, a lounge group, a beach chair

and sunshades.

Kayaks and stand-up boards can be hired on the Hennesee.

Sailors have the option of renting guest moorings at a reasonable price.

The Winterberg ski lift carousel is 30 km away. The Hunau and Hohe Lied ski areas can be reached in approx. 15 minutes.
