It is equipped with everything you could ever possibly need to host the perfect vacation for your group! You won't want to leave! Our (seasonally) solar heated pool ensures the most comfortable water temperature while sunning on the tanning deck or splashing in the deep end. If not in the water, enjoy the outdoor living space for your morning coffee or evening beverage.
Cookout with the family using the Blackstone while sitting around the fire pit table. The yard is surrounded by string lights and solar powered tiki torches in the evenings to set the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a long day of playing.
Inside the open concept living space there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the guest rooms includes a large desk for dedicated workspace as well as a queen-sized murphy bed. The master bedroom is complete with a king size bed and ensuite featuring a large soaking tub as well as a standalone shower. The 3rd guestroom includes a queen size bed as well as a smart TV for your streaming enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully loaded with all essentials plus extras like crock pots, ninja blender, juicer and a wine fridge. We leave it stocked with the general condiments as well as coffee, creamer, hot chocolates and popcorn for the kids.
Guests can access plenty of on street parking, a driveway for 3 cars and gated trailer parking.
Easy access to ATV trails from the property. Close to the casinos and city center. Multiple golf courses just minutes away. We are within blocks of a public park that includes a fishing pond, splash pad, shaded playground, as well as basketball and tennis courts.
This neighborhood is quiet and well taken care of. The neighbors, as well as the community in general and friendly and laid back. The weather is gentle as far as winters go, and hot in summers, allowing for plenty of reasons to get in the pool!
There's so much to do during the daytime and also at night. There are regular events throughout the year, and plenty of shopping and eating options.
From art museums to riding camels, Mesquite has it all! There are bars, casinos, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and a post office within walking distance. Take a bike to anywhere in town, or call an Uber to get to the far side of town quickly.
