We had a really nice stay here. The room was very clean and comfortable, and everything felt taken care of. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. It was a solid place to stay. Not quite up to some Holiday standards but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was missing key components- bacon ran out and no fruit. Still good sleep.

What actually stood out was the fact that this location was not up to the normal standards of Holiday Inn Express. Hallways were dirty, carpet was worn, fruit was not as fresh as I have come to expect, no waffle option and couldn't find pancake mix, etc BUT the staff was friendly and accommodating.
