The front door needs to be replaced as it's incredibly hard to get the luggage carr in and out of it. Breakfast was not great, not much to choose from, no fresh fruit or even yogurt.

Original room had a nasty smell, both chairs were badly stained and beds were in bad condition. I also did not feel safe (no door latch) and was put in a room in the backside of the building. I complained and was given a different room closer to the front. This room was still kinda nasty but didn’t have smell. Very very disappointed! I normally enjoy my Red Roof stays.

I was given a suite without a a clothes rack. I had to drape my clothes over a chair. I deserve a partial refund. The management admitted there was no clothes rack.

It was ok could been a little cleaner. Need to have handicap bathrooms in smoke room. Beds needed to be lower for handicap person. The refrigerator needs to be looked at makes a lot of noise.
