The bedrooms on the floors have 46 single beds and 12 single or double sofa beds, complemented by various modern bathrooms and toilets for added convenience. Outside, a fenced private garden with garden benches and a large BBQ provides the perfect space to relax or dine outdoors. Ample parking completes the accommodation.

To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit.
To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 8:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
