I had an excellent stay at Araiza Hotel in Mexicali. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s rest. The amenities were top-notch — the pool and gym were well-kept, and the restaurant had delicious food with a wide variety of options, both local and international. I especially appreciated the breakfast buffet, which was fresh and well-prepared every morning. The hotel also has a convenient location, close to restaurants, shopping, and the city center, making it easy to get around. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this place really checks all the boxes. What really stood out was the service — every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality set this hotel apart. I would highly recommend Araiza Mexicali to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

We had come up to support our grandson's school food event. We required a room change. The staff quickly offered several workable solutions. The hotel is a wonderful environment. Very child/family friendly.

Araiza is our go to hotel in Mexicali we have never had any issues prior to our recent stay. This last time we went we booked through expedia.our room was very dirty and the shower was not draining so it would collect someone eventually came to fix late at night.

The hotel is nice and peaceful. Both pools are enjoyable but the rooms smell like raw sewage I had to move to different rooms like three times and the room I stayed in still had a bad smell. The front desk said they had no issues with its sewage or anyone bringing it to their attention. That was false since it obvious that they were working on the plumbing while I was there and spoke to another person that they did have problems. That individual that uses glasses has no ethics since he lied to me a loyal customer. I look forward for the hotel to adress problem of its smell and staff that lies. All the other staff was helpful and enjoyable to communicate with.
